Our Insect Plans include all insects and rodents with some exceptions offered separately. Getting rid of an infection is difficult if detail work is not performed. We at UEPMS will tailor an IPM plan to your needs. UEPMS offers the following:
- Monthly Plans
- Bi-monthly Plans
- Quarterly Plans
- Custom Plans
- Exclusion Work to prevent future infestations
Plans include emergency services in-between scheduled visits.
The pests not included and best covered by separate or individual plans are wood destroying insects such as, termites and wood boring beetles; fabric destroying insects such as, carpet beetles or clothing moths; parasitic insects or arthropods such as, bed bugs, fleas, mosquitos, mites, and ticks; and other pests such as, honeybees, nuisance wildlife, flies, gnats, voles, and moles.
Termites
UEPMS offers two types of termite control:
- Termite Baiting using the Advance Termite Baiting System
- Liquid Termite Barier Protection (if the structure qualifies)
Bed Bugs
UEPMS offers a comprehensive program that prepares you for the treatment and includes a follow-up inspection. Remember Ralph H Maestre BCE wrote the book on Bed Bugs.
Mosquitos
UEPMS offers weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly mosquito control plans that uses EPA exempt products. It is designed to reduce the mosquitoes populations on your property that carry Zika, West Nile, and other diseases. UEPMS may include tick control.
